Art Therapy
Art Therapy
Hello, my name is Anahita Shahabi, and I am an art therapist registered with ANZACATA.
My passion is working with children, and I also warmly welcome adults into my practice.
I support individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, disabilities, autism, and ADHD by creating a safe and supportive space where they can express themselves through creativity. Through art, I help people release stress, build self-confidence and self-love, regulate emotions, and explore their sense of identity.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, mindfulness-based, expressive, sensory-focused, and culturally responsive practice, always tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
I speak Farsi, English, and a little French, and I value creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone feels respected and supported.
